Suggested by one member and enthusiastically greeted by others, the concept is to help each other with our garden chores or landscape design issues. Or maybe we want to build a bird sanctuary or butterfly garden. We all have a wealth of experience we can offer our fellow members!
So, if you would like some assistance with things like weeding, mulching, planting, pruning or other mundane tasks , make a post and tell us what you need done.
If you have design conundrums, say what they are. Give someone an opportunity to exercise their knowledge by putting it into practice.
Also, if someone is laid up with illness or recuperating, let us know they need some help. There are two ways to engage:
1. I will have a Rose box on the table labeled “Pay It Forward” at meetings with paper and pen inside. Just write the details and put it in the box.
2. Post here.
Members who are willing to assist will respond to your post and make a work party. Hint: Workerbees appreciate tea or coffee and a few edibles and they’ll be happy. 🙂
