“Marjorie told me about the beardless iris show at the Shops of Kenilworth in Towson on June 18th. She wanted me to take a Japanese Iris I had taken to the program meeting at Gayles place. So I looked into it and had one I could take. As you can see I won a First Place ribbon. Carol Warner sent it to me as I could not stay until the end. She said in her note that there were not many 1st places given out. I was pretty excited about winning.”
