As I was outside watering my newly installed shrubs this morning, out of the corner of my eye I saw a black and white streak go tearing across the yard.

Plastics recycling: some disturbing news
We religiously segregate our plastics: bags, milk jugs, receptacles and have the expectation that once that truck picks up the bin, we can congratulate ourselves that we are doing our part. We believe those plastics are going to be recycled.…
