We had a good turnout to plant this years bulb offering to Carroll County’s beautification including a member-to-be! Once again, we teamed up and it made the work go quickly. Julia estimates around 37,000 bulbs have been put in ground to date. We were working along Rt 31 somewhat past New Windsor Rd. and before Tahoma Farm Rd. Julia brought apple slices with a creamy dip prezels, chocolates and water to snack on.
