Art in Bloom–CGC’s 2016 Design

This year’s Art in Bloom floral design submission comes from the efforts of Brenda and Gayle with critique by Barb Childs. They cogitated over their concept for a month or so and pulled it all together in Brenda’s garage to be ready for April 8. Then, off to Hagerstown!
Here we show Brenda putting in a fluffy looking green flower(??)  (Do let us know in the comments section what floral materials you two were using and the name of the painting and artist.)

The colors are very saturated like those in the painting.

Our gals were pleased with their floral depiction of the artwork and with the quality of the other exhibits at the show.
