Here are two black and white old photos (plus the featured image picture) from the 1920’s. This was my great aunt Hilda Blanchard who lived in a town not far from Lake Ontario–Baldwinsville, NY. Apparently, a zeal for growing flowers came down from my maternal grandmother’s side (and a liking for cats). These pictures were taken at the family farm.Despite playing around with various photo enhancements,I just can’t reliably tell what I am seeing due to shadows and the age of the pictures. Can you identify the flowers?
